gus-router is a private, internal tool operated by 24hrsdeals (owner: Augusto "Gus" Novaes). It is used only for the owner's two mailboxes (augustonovaes@gmail.com, sales@24hrsdeals.com) and is not offered to the public.
With the owner's consent, gus-router uses the Gmail API with the read-only scope gmail.readonly. It never sends, deletes, labels or modifies email. For each new message it reads: message ID, thread ID, date, From, To, Subject, Gmail labels, attachment file names (not attachment contents), and the Gmail snippet (first 200 characters). It does not store full message bodies.
Urgent alerts: messages matching a fixed keyword/sender list (e.g., invoice, purchase order, payment) are sent right away.
Daily digest: all other inbox messages (except Promotions, Social, Spam, Trash, Sent and Drafts) are sent once a day.
Both are sent over HTTPS to the owner's own Grok Bot assistant workspace. There, an automated assistant routine summarizes them, writes a one-line entry to an internal log, and notifies the owner in the owner's own chat. To decide which of the owner's assistants should handle a message and how urgent it is, the sender, subject and snippet (up to 2,000 characters) are also sent to TypeSafe (typesafe.ai), a classification service, which returns only a label and a score. Data is used only to route and give the owner these notifications.
The tool runs on a private Linux cloud machine dedicated to the owner's assistant workspace (Grok Bot, provided by Anysphere, Inc.). Anysphere and its service providers, including AI model providers and TypeSafe, process the forwarded data to run the assistant, under Anysphere's Privacy Policy (https://cursor.com/privacy).
Anysphere's Privacy Policy states that it does not use Inputs or Suggestions to train its models, or let third parties do so, unless the content is flagged for security review, is explicitly reported as feedback, or the user has explicitly agreed to training. The owner does not use Gmail data to train AI models.
A list of processed message IDs, kept to avoid duplicate notifications (no content).
Copies of each sent alert/digest batch (the fields listed above).
Short service logs and an internal assistant log with one-line summaries.
OAuth credentials, stored in owner-only files.
There is currently no automatic deletion; the owner deletes these records manually or on request.
Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone other than the processors described above. Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored records are deleted on request.
